Precision Heat Treating started in 1948 by Albert Juzwiak. Roman Juzwiak continued running the business. Today Precision is operated by Mary Jeanne Juzwiak and her sons Don and Paul. Don is the general manager. Paul is the quality manger and ISO Contact.
